I did a clean install of the AMD RADEON 19.2.1 video driver - it didn't help also. I updated it himself to 15.2.3 - it did not help. I updated the video driver to the latest version of win10-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-2019-edition-19.2.1-feb4.exe - Resolve stopped seeing OpenCL. However, at that time, the Libre Office program did not find OpenCL either, but now it sees it. Earlier, I was able to solve the problem by installing the previous, “recommended” version of the video driver. The same thing happened earlier when installing the newest, “optional” version of the video driver RADEON.

Resolve 15.2.2 + AMD RADEON 18.9.3 or 18.9.2 driver for ASUS HD7750-DCSL-1GD5 video card was installed - everything worked.
